Desfado Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Rhubarb Infused Gin
- 3/4 oz Rosé Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/4 oz Hibiscus Rose Syrup
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
- Expressed Grapefruit Zest
Rim:
- “Hibiscus Affair” Sweet Rim
Garnish:
- Hibiscus Flower
- Rhubarb Curl
Method:
Combine Rhubarb Infused Gin, Rosé Vermouth, Campari, Hibiscus Rose Syrup and Grapefruit Bitters in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and dilute. Strain over a large ice cube. Gently add sparkling wine. Express grapefruit zest.
